He now has over 15-years’ experience in various commercial and public-office environments, and a masters-level business education to validate his experiences.

Project & Design ConsultantSwimEye, Stavanger, Norway, 2018/01 – 2018/08.

Primarily focused on internal improvement projects and strategic improvement of this business, I have produced a strategic forward plan, developed holistic business and external facing improvements, and began implementation these projects. My role has included customer relationships, project management and all of the organisations marketing/digital media activities.

Project ManagerCitta Property Group, Hobart, Australia, 2013/06 – 2017/03.

Working as a client representative within a larger management team, I led the redevelopment of c1846. sandstone “heritage” buildings from a state-of-total-disrepair, towards full renovation and modification to become a luxury boutique hotel. The role included project control, design and development management, project management and stakeholder relationships.

Contracts, procurement and project management support to the Works Manager.

Landscape ArchitectInspiring Place, Hobart, Australia, 2012/09 – 2013/05.

Concept development, design and documentation of various urban design and landscape architecture projects including mixed-use development planning, sporting precincts, education campuses, playgrounds and streetscapes.  At Inspiring Place I received some excellent professional and personal mentoring from Tasmanian icon, Jerry de Gryse.

Project Manager, Adelaide Civil – engineering contractors, Adelaide, Australia, 2008/04 – 2012/07.

As a construction project manager, I led teams of employees and contractors through multiple complex construction project at the same time. Through the implementation of sound project management principles and astute cost control, I had an excellent track record of on-time project deliver, profit and positive customer relationships.  

Here I was deeply involved in the redevelopment of internal quality, project and safety management systems. Which included training and mentoring colleagues, system auditing and administration of the system.
